1. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: Available for all orders above ₹999.
- Flat Shipping Fee: A flat rate of ₹50 is charged for orders below ₹999.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Once shipped, customers will receive an email or SMS notification containing tracking details to monitor delivery status.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
Treasure Thrills will not be responsible for:
- Delays
- Failed deliveries
- Additional charges
- resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

We aim to provide a great shopping experience. Please review our return terms below.
1. Eligibility for Return
- Return Window: Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the product.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page are not eligible for return.
2. How to Request a Return
- To initiate a return, submit a request through the Orders section in your Treasure Thrills account.
- Provide the required details to help us process your request quickly.
3. Refund Processing
- Inspection: After the returned product is received at our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 days after the returned item passes inspection.
Refund Method:
- A credit note will be provided for tax and accounting purposes. The refund amount will be returned directly to your original payment method.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a return and replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
